Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Biase, Cross River State. Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Full-time, day shift.
