D6/D8 dozer operator • Will County, Illinois

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Will County, Illinois. The job is on a quarry floor. Day-to-day duties: • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
