You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; check back during the meal and handle special requests.
