Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
