Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Douglas County, Oregon. On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
