Spray painter (automotive) — Cowlitz County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Cowlitz County, Washington. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to read and match factory paint codes Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
