Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site carpenter in Ngala, Borno State. The job is on a busy construction site. Day to day you will glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. What we are looking for: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Own basic hand tools Part-time with flexible hours.
