Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Rotating shifts.
