Urgent requirement: head butcher (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head butcher in Monroe County, Georgia. The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
