Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Strong attention to safety and load limits The role involves: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines Full-time, day shift.
