Urgent requirement: paint sprayer (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint sprayer in Douglas County, Kansas. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage The role involves: • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
