Now hiring: we are hiring a carpenter in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. You will work on a residential housebuilding project. The role involves: • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
