Backhoe operator wanted in Williamson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Williamson County, Illinois. The role involves backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels. What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Performance bonus on top of base pay.
