Horizontal milling machine operator — Haskell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Haskell County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to grind and set HSS cutters The role involves: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
