Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in County Durham, England. You will be based in a quick-service restaurant. Day-to-day duties: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
