Powder spray gun operator • Williams County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Williams County, Ohio. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On the job you will handle: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $260 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
