Turning centre operator wanted in Pend Oreille County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Pend Oreille County, Washington. Your main tasks: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
