D6/D8 dozer operator — Lynn County

Now hiring: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Lynn County, Texas. On a typical shift you will refuel the machine and record running hours; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes. Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters 6+ years on the tools preferred.
