Short order cook • Imeko Afon, Ogun State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Imeko Afon, Ogun State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
