Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Clark County, Illinois. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
