Bar waiter — Hardeman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar waiter in Hardeman County, Texas. You will be based at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day to day you will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place.
