Bread baker wanted in Gwer West

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Gwer West, Benue State. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
