Cnc setter-operator — Cornwall

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Cornwall, England. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. On a typical shift you will deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets. You should have: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Part-time with flexible hours.
