Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Mubi North, Adamawa State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 6+ years on the tools preferred.
