Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Borsari, Yobe State. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
