We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Frontier County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Part-time with flexible hours. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
