Brick and block layer wanted in Denton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Denton County, Texas. You will work on a new-build development. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Day-to-day duties: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
