Urgent requirement: line cook (Kano State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Dambatta, Kano State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
