We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Ussa, Taraba State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
