Kitchen cook — Eastern Obolo

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Eastern Obolo, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Six days a week, one day off.
