Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
