Oven operator wanted in Platte County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Platte County, Nebraska. You will be based at a cake shop. You will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience.
