Great opportunity: back-of-house cleaner (Taraba State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Bali, Taraba State. You will work in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Rotating shifts.
