Canteen cook — Ika South

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Ika South, Delta State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
