Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gardener in Guzamala, Borno State. The job is in a botanical garden. You should have: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish On the job you will handle: • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings Full-time with occasional weekends.
