Lathe operator wanted in Wise County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe operator in Wise County, Virginia. The job is on a production line. On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
