Waiter wanted in Lamar County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waiter in Lamar County, Texas. The job is at a busy restaurant. Day-to-day duties: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Rotating shifts.
