The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Rotating shifts.
