Now hiring: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Odigbo, Ondo State. The job is in a toolroom. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron You will load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters.
