Powder spray gun operator — Shinkafi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Shinkafi, Zamfara State. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
