We are recruiting: horizontal milling machine operator (Delta State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Warri South, Delta State. You will be based at a busy machine shop. The role involves set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. Requirements: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₦175,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
