Retail butcher wanted in Kheri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Kheri, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day ₹38,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
