Sausage maker — Varanasi

Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day to day you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Ideally you have clean, presentable and friendly at the counter; comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler. Six days a week, one day off.
