Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Harper County, Kansas. The role involves: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 4+ years on the tools preferred. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
