Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks.
