Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Walker County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
