Ideal candidate: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs The role involves: • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger 5+ years on the tools preferred.
