Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Banner County, Nebraska. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Full-time, day shift.
