Immediate opening: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Gombe, Gombe State. Requirements: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Strong attention to safety and load limits Your main tasks: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) Rotating shifts.
