Powder coating sprayer • Ashtabula County, Ohio

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Ashtabula County, Ohio. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Day to day you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
